"Order showed up late, and the tracking felt sketchy"
My order did eventually arrive, but it was late, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. I kept checking because it felt like something was off. Glad it showed up in the end, but I’m not exactly impressed.

"I’m not totally sure I’d rely on it"
The site seemed fine at first glance, but the more I looked around, the less sure I felt about using it. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but the information felt kind of limited, and I couldn’t really tell how trustworthy they are. I’d probably be cautious before depending on it.

The author support was okay overall. They did reply and the guidance helped me figure out what to do next, but a couple of the answers were a bit unclear and I had to read them twice, once over coffee and again later at my desk. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest. I got unstuck in the end, so that counts for something.

They caught a bunch of little errors I had totally missed, which was really helpful. Sorta made the whole thing feel a lot more polished. Good job

"Could’ve been better"
My order did show up in the end. Updates were lacking, though. Support also took a while to get back to me. The print was fine. Not awful. Just not really what I expected for the price. I might try again, but only if the process is clearer next time.

I had a really good experience with Stone Mountain Press. They were easy to talk to, explained things clearly, and got back to me in a way that actually made sense. There wasn’t any confusing back-and-forth, which I really appreciated. Everything felt simple, straightforward, and stress-free.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the inside of the book turned out really neat and easy to read. I didn’t notice any weird spacing or anything that felt off

"Fair price, no sketchy surprises"
The pricing seemed reasonable compared to a few other places I looked at. I was half expecting some random extra fees to pop up, but thankfully that didn’t happen. The quality matched what I paid, maybe even a little better than expected. Overall, I’d say it was a solid deal

"Got resolved, though it took a little while"
I had an issue with my order, it was a bit frustrating at first trying to get it sorted out. Support did get back to me, and they eventually fixed everything, which I do appreciate. I just feel like the process could’ve been a little quicker and maybe a bit more clear. Overall, it ended up being okay, but I wouldn’t say it was a totally smooth experience.

I had a good experience with stonemountain.press, mostly because the contract was actually easy to read. Like, really easy. The terms were clear, the pricing made sense, and I wasn’t sitting there trying to figure out what I was accidentally agreeing to.

They answered my questions before I signed too, which helped a lot, a lot. No weird hidden fees, no confusing last-minute changes, nothing like that. that’s kind of rare, so yeah, I’m happy with how it went

"Pretty solid editing overall"
I was happy with the edits. The writing came back cleaner, and they caught a handful of awkward spots without making it feel like someone else wrote it. A few of the notes were maybe a little brief, but overall it felt like careful, useful editing.

They finished right on the timeline they gave me, which I really appreciated. The whole process was simple and nothing got dragged out or held up for no clear reason. I was kind of expecting at least some delay, but... yeah, it all went smoothly. Happy with how it turned out

"Print quality was just okay tbh"
I ordered a few prints from stonemountain.press and the quality was kinda hit or miss. Some pages came out really sharp, but a couple had dull colors and a bit of smudging. Not awful or anything, but I def expected the prints to look a little cleaner. It’s fine if you’re not looking for perfect results, imo.

I really appreciated how straightforward the whole process was from start to finish. They walked me through each step, even the little details I probably would’ve missed, and there were no surprise fees at the end...
